How do I pay for my consultation?
You pay securely through Razorpay at the end of the booking form. UPI, cards and net banking are all supported. The amount shown is the amount charged, inclusive of GST, and you can download a receipt straight afterwards.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. The payment is handled by Razorpay, one of India's largest payment providers. Your card and UPI details go to them and never reach us — Jeevaniti does not see them and does not store them.
What is your refund policy?
Read the consultation termsRescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your agreed time, as often as you need. You can cancel for a full refund as long as the consultation has not happened and you tell us at least 24 hours before — and before a time has been agreed at all, you can cancel whenever you like. If we cancel, or cannot offer you a time you can make, you are refunded in full.
